Apex

The “Peak of Good Living” in this small-town near some of the most up-and-coming tech hubs.

Welcome to Apex

There aren't many cities that can boast of winning the title of "Best Place to Live in America," but Money magazine seems to think Apex is worthy of the title. It's probably because Apex offers that much-coveted, small-town community feel while still being nestled on the outskirts of one of the most up-and-coming tech hubs in the southeast, near Raleigh and Durham. Along with the charm of a well-maintained historic downtown area and beautiful countryside nearby, Apex has much to offer.

A great deal of residential growth has occurred in Apex in recent years, meaning most of the homes in the area are new. Many spacious two-story homes are available, complete with large, well-maintained yards. Quite a few homes incorporate farmhouse-style elements, and some houses also give a nod to traditional southern homes by including a one or two-story veranda. Some stately brick homes are available as well.
